Role - Engineering Manager (Product development - hands-on, Exp: 10-12 yrs)

We are looking for a passionate Engineering manager(s) at Bangalore location.

ROLE DESCRIPTION 👔 :

As an engineering manager, you will be designing and developing innovative software solutions as per CloudFX Multi/Hybrid Cloud management product vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES 📝 :

. Understand the business need to align and steer our Product vision, lead the team of experienced developers. Define and manage the product design architecture and roadmap in discussion with the business.

·  Develop Architectural design principles for the products, Your architectural decisions are characterized by non-functional requirements such as availability, flexibility, stability, ease of maintenance security; combined with economic aspects.

·  You are an expert with technologies like Java technologies, application servers as well as databases.

·  Have good knowledge on AI on cloud platforms and its application.

·  Ability to develop front end website architecture and back-end website applications using microservices architecture, API design and development.

·  Act as leadership spoc of CloudFX for all customer interactions and thought leadership.

MUST HAVES 👩‍💻 :

. Hands-on experience in product development, implementations and Production release management. 

. Deep knowledge of Multi Cloud management software like CMP, FinOps, AIOps, MLOps - Domain familiarity is an added advantage

· Deep knowledge of AI models

·  Around 10-12 Years of development experience Including 8+ years in Micro-service development experience, 8+ years of experience in Product development.

·  Experience in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot 2.0+, etc

·  Experience in Java script technologies/frameworks like Angular, React, node.js

. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design

·  Proficiency in Linux environments and container technologies for build and testing

· Hands on experience on Kubernetes and Docker

·  Experience with cloud technology AWS, Azure or GCP and designing solutions that leverage its unique advantages

·  Proficiency in scripting - Ruby, Python

·   Experience in Private cloud environments like VMware and RedHat will be an added advantage

·   Expert in Docker container management such as Kubernetes

 . Strong experience in OpenSource Technologies, – Cloud Based platforms and Web technologies

Nice to have certifications (associate level):

·       AWS

·       Azure

·       GCP

. VMware

·       FinOps
