About the Job

As an Engineering Manager at TRACT, you will lead the team that designs and implements our insights platform. Working closely with cross-functional team, you will empower engineers to translate business requirements into elegant, robust solutions. You'll improve engineering processes and practises, accelerating development and improving team culture. This roles offers and exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and solutions that are shaping the future of agriculture and food sustainability.

About You

• You've spent at least 7 years in industry, with 5+ years as an engineer and 2+ years as an engineering manager;
• You're familiar with agile development approaches, and can adapt processes to fit the team;
• Ideally, you have experience coding with Python during your time as an engineer;
• You're an effective communicator and mentor, able to lead and inspire engineers to do thei best work;
• You're passionate about continuous learning, personal development and career growth, both for yourself and for your team members.
