Responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for technical and design management activities for the Dept.
  • Be responsible for coordination and communication between the department and other project management departments
  • Be responsible for review of design basis conditions.
  • Be responsible for technical negotiations involved in design period.
  • Be responsible for selection and auditing of all design-related contractors.
  • Be responsible for review of all design-related contracts.
  • Be responsible for handling of all design-related issues
  • Be responsible for review of standards and codes adopted by the design.
  • Be responsible for making arrangements for design review and report thereof at various project stages.
  • Be responsible for review of design progress reports and participate in development of design schedules.
  • Be responsible for arranging review of various technical schemes as well as change thereto.
  • Be responsible for arranging review on detailed planning for design execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years working experience in project management of Chemical, Petro-Chemical Projects.
  • 5 years working experience in foreign company,working as the relevant position at least 3 projects.
  • Rich experience in Engineering and Project Management .
  • Effective communication skill in English.
  • B.S. or above, major in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering ,ideally in combination of both.
