You will lead the Information Engineering team within a growing Information Management department of 20+ specialists. Your mission: create structure in complex project data, optimise information flows, and make digital systems truly work for engineers, designers, and project managers. You're not just maintaining systems—you’re elevating them.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into powerful, scalable information management solutions.
• Set up and manage tag structures, ontologies, and project data for seamless integration into digital systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and guide a skilled team of information engineers.
• Implement, configure, and continuously improve (in-house) digital tools and information platforms.
• Ensure technical alignment between data structures, system design, and project objectives.
• Act as the go-to expert for complex data and information architecture questions.
• Lead innovation in system design, digital tooling, and standard adoption across EPC projects.

What you bring:

• A university degree in Structural, Electrical, Process Engineering—or Computer/Data Science.
• 7+ years of experience in data and information management in technical project settings.
• Real experience leading a team of Engineers
• Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with EPC projects, BIM, offshore and Python scripting.
• Bonus if you know your way around python and APIs, and Energy standards (IEC CIM, ISO )
