We are looking for a new colleague in the System Requirements Department at our location in Livonia, Michigan. Responsibilities: Lead the Requirements Management activities for a given project Handle all requirements change requests from both internal and external entities Manage all access rights and baselines for active projects Creates and maintains the master project requirement list [PRL] and requirements management plan [RMP] Supports the requirements review meeting when new customer requirements become available Provide training for the RM process and tools Monitors traceability for customer requirements. Reports on the status of the requirements (metrics) to the Project Management Team Work closely with Engineering Project Managers during the elicitation and change management phases of the process Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and technical writing experience OR writing-related Bachelor's degree and a strong STEM background Customer-focused mindset. Must be able to engage with the customer and build strong relationships Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Self-starter, motivated individual who can work alone, with little supervision Knowledge of: Change Management, Problem Tracking & Task Management, Project Management ASPICE, ISO26262 and Cyber Security training an advantage.
