The Engineering Aide 5 will be responsible for processing wafers and devices for the Test and Trim Development Engineering community using a wide variety of testers, handlers and probers. Responsibilities include: * Operate equipment to meet development needs following applicable procedures (i.e. safety, docus, specs, E-sure Requests) and schedules * Support Hardware Management practices * Working toward required certifications (EH&S, MasterControl) * Responsible for documenting test results and workflow * Demonstrate a strong focus on customer service * Assists in training entry level employees, and may provide information and problem solving for other employees in the work area * May perform other departmental functions as needed Typical Education/Experience: * Basic English skills (verbal and written) * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Basic PC skills (MS Office, Adlib) * High School or equivalent * Basic Promis skills (or equivalent execution system) * Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures * Two to four years of related manufacturing experience is required For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
