Lead the TSG daily operation by providing technical support
Monitor the AIRMAN system, carry out rectification and troubleshooting when any fault message come out
Follow up troubleshooting and rectification of the defects assigned by TSG defect control engineer
Provide on-site technical support when handling aircraft critical defects / TD / AOG
Update the defect trouble-shooting details and parts replacement
Review aircraft fleet defect rectification history and OEM technical documents
Enforce discipline, supervise Engineer or Assistant Engineer in performing their duty and take the responsibility for the tasks which they cannot solve
Control all records of defect troubleshooting and rectification, and maintain an effective TSG shift handover log
Other tasks assigned by Technical Support Group Manager
Requirements:
Degree/ tertiary education level or above in an engineering discipline is preferred
Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience for CRS, Airbus fleet aircraft is preferred
Experience in line maintenance or cabin image management is preferred
