Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer Paint Shop at ALF Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Tada. The Engineer Paint Shop will be responsible for overseeing and managing the paint shop operations, ensuring high-quality paint finishes, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of processes. This role also involves troubleshooting equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paint Shop Operations and Quality Control
• Knowledge in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Skills in Process Improvement and Coordination with Other Departments
• Understanding of Safety and Environmental Regulations in Paint Shop
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bsc Chemistry / Diplome ECE or a related field
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
