5-10 years of experience (physical experience at plant) if B.E, with a technical background in Automotive Paint Process/ Manufacturing / Engineering. Should have experience in any one process line (4Wheel/ 2Wheel) Pre-Treatment / Sealing, Topcoat & Bumper paint. Should be able to address quality issues in their process line and understand its impact in Paint Process. Should have basic knowledge of Paint shop Equipment installation & commissioning, Basic Safety procedure, Chemical usage, Material Handling & Conveyors system and Paint Quality management system.
