Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
* Proficiency in VMware Horizon technology and VDIs
* Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS, especially Windows 10
* Experience in managing and supporting Horizon View environments
* Ability to perform upgrades and provide technical troubleshooting
* Familiarity with Critical Infrastructure Protection Compliance
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to participate in On-Call rotations
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage Horizon View VDIs: Lead management and support of Horizon View Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
* Upgrade Management: Perform Horizon View upgrades, including connection servers, Horizon Clients, and Horizon Agents, to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
* Technical Support: Provide thorough technical support for VMware-related issues and Windows 10 troubleshooting, ensuring quick resolution to maintain productivity.
* On-Call Rotation: Participate in the On-Call rotation for vSphere Infrastructures, providing critical support during off-hours and emergencies.
* Compliance: Maintain compliance with Critical Infrastructure Protection standards by following guidelines and implementing necessary measures.
* Incident Management: Monitor and take ownership of Incident/Problem and Service ticket requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
* Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor the environment for capacity, stress, risk, and workload, taking necessary steps to remediate any issues encountered.
* Implementation Initiatives: Lead implementation initiatives, coordinating projects and ensuring smooth transitions and efficient processes.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
* Ability to manage team

* Build presentations and present it leadership
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 a Year
