Summary:  

The Engagement & Program Manager is a dynamic and self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Their goal is to drive the growth and vitality of our entrepreneurial ecosystem. The main focuses will include managing and delivering key programs, fostering relationships with entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and academic institutions, and ensuring consistent community involvement. The ideal candidate is skilled in program management, thrives in relationship-building, and can engage members and partners while ensuring the successful execution of TechFW’s initiatives.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  1. Program Management (40%)  

 

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of educational and networking programs designed to support the TechFW entrepreneurial community.  
  • Manage logistics for key programs, including mentorship and coaching initiatives, roundtable discussions, and social gatherings, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that programs align with the evolving needs of the community and contribute to the overall goals of TechFW.  

 

  1. Community Engagement (30%)  

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, academic institutions, and business development organizations.  
  • Proactively engage with members to encourage participation in programs, events, and networking opportunities.  
  • Promote TechFW’s value and resources, ensuring consistent community involvement and fostering a sense of connection among members.  
  • Serve as a resource navigator, anticipating needs and providing valuable connections to members.  

 

  1. Member and Stakeholder Support (30%)  

 

  • Source and onboard new members, mentors and volunteers, providing orientation and ensuring smooth integration into TechFW’s ecosystem.  
  • Offer ongoing support to members, addressing their needs and connecting them to relevant resources and opportunities.  
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and continuously improve engagement strategies.  
  • Lead outreach efforts to attract new members and partners, cultivating meaningful relationships that enhance TechFW’s network.  

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:  

 

  • Proven success in program management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.  
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience cultivating connections across various stakeholders in the entrepreneurial and innovative sectors.  
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and achieving engagement goals.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.  
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, and virtual engagement platforms.  
  • Background in Event Planning is a large value add 

 

Experience & Equipment:  

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in program management, community engagement, or related roles, ideally within the entrepreneurial or innovation sectors, or 5 years combined in demonstrated work experience.  
  • Personal laptop and mobile device are required at the onset. 

 

Benefits:  

  • Base Salary: $65,000 annually  
  • Healthcare Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare plan provided; Employee paid at 100%
