Role Overview

We’re looking for passionate leaders to guide our clients through complex analytics transformations. As a member of our Customer Success organization, you’ll partner with Principals and Associate Principals in leading teams of Senior Associates and Analysts, drive data-driven strategies, and build long-term client relationships.

You’ll be accountable for client outcomes, including growth strategy, P&L management, and resource planning, while helping translate client goals into actionable roadmaps.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and roadmaps to build client analytics capabilities.
  • Solve complex business problems using modern data sources and advanced analytics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering thought leadership and guidance.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach engagement teams across US offices.
  • Collaborate with India-based Delivery Leads to manage and grow accounts globally.
  • Identify new business opportunities within client organizations.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Domain Experience: Media or Marketing (mandatory)
  • Tools: Python & SQL (5+ years), Gen AI

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years in project/customer engagement leadership across industries
  • Background in consulting or large enterprise environments (Fortune 500 preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience building client relationships and scaling accounts
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and turning business challenges into analytics use cases


Location Requirement

Must be willing to work from the client office 4 days a week in the Bay Area (USA).
