On offer is a role with a growing energy efficiency firm where you’ll lead a team of analysts helping clients unlock millions in rebates for energy-saving projects across the nation.

This company is a privately owned, employee-focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.

In this role, you will lead a team of five analysts focused on ensuring customers get the most money back through energy rebates and incentives through utilities and federal programs. You’ll streamline internal systems, build relationships with utilities, and train your team to identify and capitalize on incentive opportunities across a variety of technologies.

This role would suit someone with utility or energy efficiency program experience who enjoys both operational management and strategic thinking. It’s an ideal next step for someone who’s ready to lead and grow within a purpose-driven business.

• Build and maintain relationships with utility program reps to optimize savings and streamline approvals

• The Candidate:Degree in Business or similar
• Experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or a related field
• Leadership experience is a plus- Open to candidates who want to take the next step into management!
• Strong analytical, process optimization, and stakeholder communication skills
