We are looking for an Endpoint Systems Engineer to expand one of our teams in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

As an Endpoint Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our endpoint environments, ensuring maximum performance, security, and user satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deploying and configuring endpoint devices using Intune, SCCM, and related technologies for Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Managing Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies (GPO) to maintain security protocols and ensure seamless integration across endpoints.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint performance issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement endpoint solutions aligned with organizational goals and security standards.
• Developing documentation and training materials for internal teams and users to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to endpoint management and proposing innovative solutions to enhance our operational efficiency.
• Assisting in the migration of on-premise systems to cloud environments, specifically utilizing Azure and Entra ID to leverage modern identity and access management solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication in English.
• Technical knowledge solving Endpoint issues and incidents (Windows, iOS, Android).
• Experience in Intune administration (device management configurations, security policies, compliance, autopilot).
• OS and Software Deployment and reporting through SCCM. Software packaging.
• Administration of AD Users and computers in the configuration of GPOs.
• Building Microsoft Windows OS images.
• Managing a hybrid environment (on-prem + Entra ID).
• Team player, fast learner, ability to create and propose new solutions and to work in a Global environment and culture.
