The Employment Services Manager oversee vocational and employment services for supported individuals that promotes independence in a work environment. They are responsible for developing new business accounts while maintaining existing accounts and providing leadership and direction to the employment services team. This position is based out of our Tempe campus.
In addition to meeting TCH's driving standards, you must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license issued in Arizona, be able to pass several background checks, clear a pre-employment drug test, and hold an associate’s degree in a closely related subject. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related field, with two (2) years supervisory experience is also required.
