We are searching for an experienced and talented employee relations professional to join this highly collaborative employee relations team, housed in Freddie Mac's Human Resource Division. Our Impact: The Employee Relations Advisory Team is responsible for handling a broad range of employment law and employee relations matters, including the resolution of employment allegations and complaints to ensure fairness, consistency, legal compliance, and mitigate corporate risk. Your Impact: In this role, you will: * Counsel employees (executives, people managers, and staff) on a broad range of employee relations issues, including performance management, disability and religious accommodations, leave, corrective action, reductions-in-force, involuntary terminations, and employee relations policies. * Use your employee relations expertise to develop creative, effective solutions to often complex employee relations problems, issues and challenges. * Proactively identify enhancements to employee relations processes and practices. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $81,000 - $121,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
