My client are a leading global retail brand who are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR team in their London office. You must have strong employee relations experience and come from a specialist ER background. This role will support UK and Ireland so experience across these locations are a must.
This role will report directly into the ER Manager and work closely with the rest of the HR Business Partnering team to manage all ER case loads, as well as other adhoc HR projects. High volume casework experience is a must as this role's biggest focus will be on managing casework.
Duties will include:
You must have a working knowledge of HR processes and procedures, particularly ER topics. Experience in a retail business is highly advantageous. This will be 3 days a week in their London office in Central London with amazing perks and benefits.
