We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
Improve our performance evaluation program and support employee development
Maintain HR systems, records, and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10 years of experience in HR management or related roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Must be driven with a willingness to be hands on
Multi-State Operations experience
Specific Experience in the below areas is a plus:
California employment laws and practices.
