Job Description

As a PHP Developer at eMedEvents, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality PHP-based web applications.

You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications, ensuring strong functionality and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, or CodeIgniter.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems, especially MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or React.js.
