DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our EMEA team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to help guide the decision-making process across various departments of the organization. This role requires expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and understanding of business operations to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

• Data Visualization: Design clear and visually compelling reports using different BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Quick BI) or Excel, sometimes from different data sources.

• Business Strategy Support: Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvements and growth. Provide Ad hoc reports when needed and present insights to leadership to guide decision-making.

• Database Management: Assist with database and data warehousing solutions, ensuring data accuracy.

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.

• Trend Identification & Forecasting: Use analytics to forecast trends and stay updated with industry changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI or a similar role.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical teams.
• Ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Being flexible in responding to changing business requirements or shifting project goals.

Preferred:

• Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning.
• Experience on Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience/knowledge on AI solutions

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English: native or bilingual.
