YOUR TASKS FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Senior EMC Test Engineer to join our growing onsite lab team. The primary function of this position will be to develop and execute test cases for EMC products. Daily Responsibilities * Plan and execute EMC testing based on various standards and customer specifications. * Assist department manager as needed to develop and coordinate with junior level team members. * Create detailed work instructions for test methods as well as detailed reports and summaries * Provide end support of the EMC Results * Assist and support audit topics, calibration and maintenance of EMC test equipment. * Conduct HW EMC design verification. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in EMC testing, preferably in the automotive sector. * Associates Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent degree. - Bachelor's degree preferred * Relevant experience with automotive communication equipment and protocols. * Be familiar and able to use basic EMC test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, test harnesses, etc. * Understanding of customer EMC specifications and EMC standards CISPR and ISO. * Some shift flexibility and weekends would be appreciated based on lab workload.
