Job description

Nabla Wind Hub is looking for an Embedded Systems Engineer to join the staff and participate in development projects related to iSpin, Nabla's spinner anemometer.

The candidate should have experience and proficiency in electronics and hardware design, as well as embedded computer systems; and English level B2 or higher.

The Embedded Systems Engineer will be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.

Primary tasks:

The primary tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Specification, design, implementation and testing of embedded application software.
• Specification, design and testing of (embedded) hardware.
• Field testing of hardware and software of iSpin products.
• Collaboration and control of external suppliers in development projects.
• Technical documentation.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Experience and proficiency in electronics and hardware design.
• Proficiency in embedded computer systems.
• Proficient in C and C++.
• Proficiency in software development on real-time embedded platforms.
• Experience in working with and controlling external suppliers.
• English level B2 or higher.

Desirable:

• Ability to maintain a qualified dialogue with clients and other specialists.
• Knowledge of C#
• Knowledge of Python.
• Knowledge of Altium Designer software.

Work experience:

• Semi-senior profile. At least 3 years of demonstrable experience required.
