We are seeking a skilled and motivated Embedded Systems Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our PLS Debugger solutions. This role blends technical expertise in embedded systems and debugging tools with customer-facing responsibilities, delivering product demonstrations, technical support, and training to engineers in the embedded industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical pre-sales demonstrations and presentations of PLS Debugger and related embedded systems tools to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer embedded system requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Set up, configure, and execute live demos and proof-of-concept (POC) for embedded debugging use cases at customer sites or remotely.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers during pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployment of PLS Debugger in their embedded development environments.
• Conduct post-sales training and workshops for customer engineering teams on best practices for embedded system debugging.
• Assist customers in integrating PLS Debugger into their embedded development toolchains and workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, demo guides, application notes, and FAQs for embedded solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams to enhance solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development, debugging, or validation.
• Strong knowledge of embedded development tools, microcontrollers (ARM, RISC-V, etc.), JTAG/SWD debugging protocols.
• Experience with IDEs like Keil, IAR, Eclipse, or similar, and familiarity with RTOS, bare-metal systems, or low-level firmware debugging.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, hardware-software integration, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer demos, training sessions, and technical support.
