We are a well-established battery and inverter manufacturing company developing a confidential industrial energy project at our NSP, Delhi R&D facility.We are hiring a hands-on Embedded Systems Engineer to lead the firmware development of device control, sensor interfacing, and real-time data communication between hardware units.This is a high-impact engineering role within a stealth industrial tech project.
Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded firmware for ESP32/STM32/Raspberry Pi or similar MCUs
• Interface with sensors (voltage, current, temperature) and relays/contactors
• Implement Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN, and/or MQTT protocols
• Collaborate with backend developers to test end-to-end system logic
• Optimize for low power, high reliability, and real-time responsiveness
• Conduct lab testing, debugging, and hardware integration
• Prepare documentation for pin maps, architecture, and firmware behavior
  

Requirements:

• 2–6 years experience in embedded firmware development (C/C++/MicroPython)
• Hands-on experience with ESP32, STM32, or Raspberry Pi hardware
• Strong knowledge of Modbus/MQTT communication protocols
• Good understanding of energy devices like batteries, inverters, and relays (preferred)
• Must be available for full-time on-site work at NSP, Delhi
• Willing to work under strict confidentiality and NDA agreements
