VinFast is looking for a highly skilled and motivated FRS Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the EE Software, Function Release (FRS) process, ensuring seamless integration and successful deployment of new functions and features in our products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all functional releases meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the FRS process for new product functions and features
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure all releases are thoroughly tested and meet specifications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all FRS activities and milestones
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the FRS process
• Continuously improve the FRS workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ideally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or technology industry
• Good understanding of the EE Software & Function Release process and best practices
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
