Your responsibilities will include:

• As a Software Engineering Manager you will you will play a key role in the development and optimization of embedded electronic systems
• Lead the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of high-quality embedded firmware for next-generation mobility products
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensure continuous skills development and technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams, including electronics, mechanics, and hardware
• Drive improvements in firmware development using best practices such as unit testing and Agile methodologies
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with business objectives
• Operate in a fast-paced and diverse development environment

Requirements:

• Relevant higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers
• 12+ years of experience in real time embedded C programming (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector)
• Bare-metal C programming experience
• Strong knowledge of ARM architecture
• Experience with communication protocols
• Excellent leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience programming Cypress PSoC microcontrollers
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for source control
• Knowledge of C++, C#, and Python
