An exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company. We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test to design and implement automated test infrastructure for embedded software and hardware, with a special focus on an innovative propulsion system.

In this role, you’ll develop deep insight into how complex systems operate—and how to stress-test them to achieve exceptional reliability. You’ll work closely with collaborative, cross-functional teams and contribute to a mission-driven organization advancing sustainable mobility.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) automated test infrastructure for embedded systems
• Partner with software and system owners to understand system design and behavior
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to define test coverage requirements
• Create and execute test plans to ensure functionality and safety standards are met
• Investigate test failures and document issues clearly for resolution
• Support hands-on testing in lab and field environments

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience testing software or firmware
• Strong experience with embedded systems test infrastructure
• Proficiency with C/C++ programming
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration
• Solid knowledge of CAN bus systems
• Background working on safety-critical systems
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in collaborative environments
