Piper Companies is hiring a Embedded Software Engineer for a large technology company located in RTP, NC. The Embedded Software Engineer will be testing and debugging current company products so they can learn and understand the problems better. The Embedded Software Engineer will need to be a and be able to work on site on Tuesdays and Thursdays in RTP, NC.

Responsibilities for the Embedded Software Engineer:

• Develop and maintain embedded software for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test embedded systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Requirements for the Embedded Software Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
• 2+ Years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
• Experience with Device Drivers is ideal, but not required
  
  

Compensation for the Embedded Software Engineer:

• $60,000 to $100,000 DOE
