Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Greater Chicago, IL or Sioux Falls, SD

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with C++ development
• Proven experience with Qt (Widgets, QtQuick) and/or QML
• Experience with NXP Microcontrollers a plus
• Experience with Unity or Unreal a plus
• Familiarity with multithreaded programming and performance optimization
• Experience with cross-platform development (Windows, Linux, Embedded Linux)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using C++, Qt, and QML
• Design and implement intuitive, performant user interfaces
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and design mockups to life
• Optimize UI rendering and application performance for embedded systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management
