• Prior experience in preparing diagnostic manual, factory manuals, installation manual etc. for engineering products.

• Prior experience developing schematics, BoM and system level design documents.

• Strong understanding in NPI process from development to installation/ commissioning gained by working in a similar project.

• Strong in embedded software/ real time application design and development backed by similar experience.

• Prior experience in Value Engineering and cost-reduction projects for embedded system/ engineering machines.

• Agile practitioner and strong understanding of software delivery process.

• Ability to lead and groom teams and find new innovation opportunities
