We’re seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer with a passion for secure systems and low-level development to join our client's innovative semiconductor team.

You'll design, develop, and verify firmware and low-level software for secure embedded systems. Your work will involve integrating industry-standard security protocols, porting cryptographic libraries to custom hardware, and ensuring the robustness of our firmware stack. You’ll be hands-on with embedded Linux or RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), contribute across the full software development lifecycle, and test on a variety of development boards and custom platforms. You'll also collaborate closely with hardware teams and play a key role in TPM and Secure Boot implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Experience with Embedded Linux and RTOS like FreeRTOS or Zephyr OS
• Skilled in writing Linux or RTOS drivers
• Familiar with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, PCIe
• Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals: AES, SHA2, RSA, ECC
• Background in security engineering, including system and network security, authentication, and secure protocols

Nice to Have

• Experience with cryptographic libraries: OpenSSL, MbedTLS, WolfSSL
• Hands-on with Trusted Computing Group TPM 2.0 devices
• Deep familiarity with the TPM 2.0 standard
• Experience with Secure Boot, security processors, or HSMs
• Prior work writing or optimizing cryptographic libraries
