We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Business Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven marketing strategies, optimize automated campaigns, and turn insights into action.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing email and in-product messaging campaign performance, collecting and interpreting data, and providing actionable insights for both strategic decision-making and daily optimizations. Your contributions will directly impact customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing ROI.

The successful candidate should ideally have a solid understanding of the end-to-end email lifecycle—including promotion strategy, email content and messaging, and campaign execution - with a strong focus on performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Collect email-related data, identify trends, and convert insights into strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement daily optimizations to enhance deliverability, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve results.

Marketing Automation Management

  • Understand automated marketing campaigns in platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce.
  • Understand lead-nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized email sequences.
  • Ensure proper lead scoring, attribution, and CRM integration for efficient sales handover.

Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing and email campaign success.
  • Build and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) to communicate complex metrics in a clear and actionable way.

Strategic Decision-Making & Insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Suggest strategic automation campaign decisions based on data-driven insights, contributing to long-term marketing growth.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and analytics.
  • Experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Please note that this position is a maternity leave cover.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) for campaign creation, execution is a plus.
  • Experience using analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Qlik Sense, MS SQL server) for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Intermediate SQL knowledge required
  • Experience tracking and measuring KPIs related to campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI).
  • Proven capability to design dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skills to present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starter approach to finding innovative solutions and best practices in marketing automation and analytics.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing, staying current on industry trends and emerging tools or techniques.
  • B2/C1 in English
  • Prior experience in email marketing is not required, but a strong aptitude for working with data and numbers is essential.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR

  • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
