The Quantum Group is looking for an experienced and creative Email Designer / Developer to join our Marketing team in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

The Email Designer / Developer will provide technical expertise for the Marketing Team to enhance advisor experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and HubSpot, by coding, building, and testing email communications, SMS, and push notifications. This position will develop and implement marketing automation journeys and provide ongoing support of our email marketing systems and marketing automation platforms. The Email Developer will partner with Technology to provide recommendations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Essential Functions:

• Code, build and test email communications, SMS messaging and push notifications
• Set up, test, QA and launch high-quality marketing campaigns utilizing dynamic content
• Monitor active campaigns daily and quickly troubleshoot to resolve errors
• Design emails and fix issues utilizing HTML/CSS and SFMC developer tools
• Refresh and modernize existing email templates
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Provide recommendations during project discovery and planning based on existing Technology infrastructure
• Provide accurate estimates on marketing campaign development effort
• Partner with Business Stakeholders and Technology to establish and define business, technical and functional requirements during project planning
• Participates in working sessions with peers to review design specifications
• Collaborate with technical consultants in the development and integration of new applications
• Manage email database, including merge, purge, dedupe, append, , and work with IT and vendors to ensure data synchronization with other related databases
• Manage calendars across multiple clients and campaigns to ensure on-time delivery, progression of messaging, etc.

Qualifications:

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, AMPScript, SFMC developer tools experience required
• 3+ Years with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and HubSpot experience required
• 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales-cloud objects and Marketing Cloud Connect integrations
• Certifications in Salesforce products a plus: Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations, accessibility and email development best practices
• Proficient in responsive email design, ensuring email is rendering across ESPs, browsers, and devices
• Demonstrated experience partnering with other technical resources (internal and external) to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud customizations
• Experience with email testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid
• List management and segmentation experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
