Customer Support Specialist

What You'll Do:
+ Support the Account Managers: You'll be the backbone of our fleet management team, assisting with vehicle orders and resolving customer service issues. Whether it's helping a driver whose vehicle has been impounded or educating them on future services, you'll be their go-to person.
+ Research and Problem-Solve: Dive deep into issues, think outside the box, and find solutions that make a difference.
+ Communicate Internally: Collaborate with various departments at Wheels, ensuring seamless operations.
+ Utilize MS Teams: Stay connected with internal and external customers through daily communication.
+ Manage Emails and Cases: Handle a high volume of customer emails and case management within SalesForce.
+ Outbound Follow-Up Calls: Comfortably make follow-up calls to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
+ Multi-Task: Type customer information into the system while speaking with them, keeping everything organized.
+ CRM Management: Use SalesForce to manage cases and follow up with customers.
+ Vehicle and Billing Management: Create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, distribute insurance cards, and update driver data.
+ Gather Information: Contact drivers by phone or email to collect missing information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have:
+ Customer Service Experience: 2+ years in an office setting.
+ Strong Communication: Excellent written and email communication skills.
+ English Proficiency: Ability to relay communications with grammatically correct sentences.
+ Computer Savvy: Comfortable working with multiple databases and monitors.
+ MS Office Proficiency: Basic skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel (data entry, copy and paste).
+ Typing Skills: Minimum 40 wpm (typing test required).
+ Education: High School Diploma.
Bonus Points for Experience With:
+ SalesForce: Familiarity with this CRM platform is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
