Position Overview

The Principal will provide leadership and administrative oversight to ensure a high-quality educational environment for students and staff. This role encompasses the development and implementation of educational programs, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that meet the needs of students from PreK to Secondary Education.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff to enhance instructional practices and professional development.
• Establish and maintain a positive school culture that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Manage school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders to support student success and school initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid state certification as a Principal or Administrator.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership or administration.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
