Your Role: Innovate, Troubleshoot, and Build the Future

As an advanced electronics engineering technician, you’ll work side-by-side with engineers to prototype, test, and refine advanced electronics. You’ll troubleshoot at the component level, support R&D, and help turn ideas into market-ready products.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, test, and troubleshoot analog/digital circuits, VoIP systems, audio amplifiers, and POE power supplies.
  • Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies to the component level.
  • Assist with schematics, BOM creation and component selection.
  • Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters and other precision tools
  • Solder/desolder SMT and through hole components under a microscope.
  • Recommend design improvements to streamline production.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of electronics and PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Skilled at schematic reading and hands-on troubleshooting to the component level.
  • Experience with cable assembly and wire crimping.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture/CAD tools.
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field, or Certified Electronics Technician (CET) certification.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Roanoke, VA facility, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation and impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field, or Electronics Technician Certification (CET).
  • Experience with schematic capture using CAD
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience.
