Summary

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings, Maintenance Branch, Air Conditioning Section. The incumbent installs, maintains, evaluates and adjusts, repairs and calibrates electronic control equipment and systems in support of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) operations in the Senate Office Buildings (SOB).

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Independently performs journey-level electronic industrial control mechanic work with experience in the following: (experience must be reflected in resume to meet qualification) -Maintain, repair, adjust and solves complex problems in existing electronic sensing and control equipment -HVAC R (refrigeration) -Electronic Sensing BAS systems (building automation systems)
