Electronics Design Engineer – Innovative Product Development Consultancy - Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working from customer requirements to define and develop new products
• Collaborating in a multidisciplinary team to deliver creative, robust solutions
• Designing custom electronic circuit boards (schematic capture and PCB layout)
• Supporting board bring-up, testing, and verification
• Liaising with clients to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Participating in occasional client meetings and producing technical documentation

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ industry experience in electronics design
• Strong understanding of both analogue and digital electronics
• Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors, memory, power supplies, and wireless communication
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

• Experience with low-power wireless comms such as Wifi, BLE or Zigbee
• Embedded software development (C / C++ / Python)
• Prior consultancy or R&D experience
