**Description**
PER is currently seeking a full-time technician/operator to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of continually learning, performing cable assembly, electronic circuit testing, and assembly of components into systems.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- -
Circuit debug, repair, testing, and integration into new and existing systems.
- -
Mechanical integration of electronics, cables, and other components into new and existing systems.
- -
Operate as part of a team to evaluate, recommend, and implement new test and assembly operations to improve and maintain operations.
- -
Plan, schedule, and execute defined projects with minimal oversight and on time.
- -
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
**Education and Other Qualification Requirements**

High School diploma or equivalent
- -
Current or ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
**Desired Qualifications**
- -
Thorough knowledge of electronics, soldering, and breadboarding.
- -
Experience with SolidWorks, MCAD, or similar tools
- -
Additive manufacturing experience.
Excellent oral and written communications, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis skills, technical problem-solving ability, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent computer skills.

Technical Associates degree or equivalent.
- -
Experience with Manufacturing and Quality systems.
- -
Active U.S. SECRET clearance.
