Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team in
Neenah, WI. In this hands-on role, you will assemble electrical control panels, perform machine wiring, and assist in troubleshooting and system startups. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality equipment that meets customer specifications and deadlines.

What You'll Do
- Assemble and wire electrical control panels following schematics and engineering drawings.
- Perform machine wiring tasks, including sensor alignment, cable routing, and system connections.
- Handle mechanical installations, such as securing enclosures, punching holes, and tapping conveyor mounts.
- Install and secure conduits, wire-ways, and raceways.
- Collaborate with engineers to assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and startups.
- Accurately report work hours using timesheets.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all company safety protocols.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and Bills of Materials.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC control circuits and 3-phase motor control.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial control panel assembly and wiring.
- Proficiency with tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, multimeters, and pneumatic tools.
- Familiarity with electrical control components (e.g., breakers, relays, timers).
- Strong communication and math skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology.
- Experience in the conveyor systems industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with bending, kneeling, standing, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Exposure to moderate noise and dust; personal protective equipment may be required.
