Shermco Canada is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Journeyperson Electrician & Instrumentation Technician (Dual Ticket) to join our Saskatchewan Electrical Services team based in Regina or Saskatoon. Our team supports a broad client base in sectors including Utility, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Technology, delivering electrical construction, maintenance, and specialty services across voltage ranges from 24V to 230kV.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Construct, alter, repair, and test electrical systems and components for industrial applications
Install, commission, and maintain low, medium, and high-voltage equipment
Perform control system integration, loop checks, and startup/commissioning
Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments and tubing
Troubleshoot PLCs, power wiring, transmitters, control valves, I/Ps, switches, and related devices
Instruct, mentor, and support apprentices and team members to ensure safe and efficient job execution
Ensure code-compliant installation and documentation of work in accordance with company and client standards
Maintain detailed records of construction, maintenance, testing, and inspections
Work safely around energized power and control systems in industrial environments
Engage in Shermco Positive Safety Reporting and client-led audits and inspections
Adhere to all Shermco health, safety, personnel, and substance use policies
Perform other duties that you are assigned and trained to do
Qualifications
Qualifications
Red Seal Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical and Instrumentation (Dual Ticket) or equivalent Technologist Diploma
Experience in industrial environments preferred
Industrial safety certifications considered an asset
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Willingness to travel for out-of-town assignments based on project requirements
