1st. Shift 6AM to 2PM

Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair/replacement of the electrical components of stamping presses and related equipment
• Assists facilities with electrical projects, and assists Maintenance Mechanics when needed
  
  

Robotics Training Preferred

Applicant should have proficient knowledge in but not limited to:

• DC Drives
• Fanuc and Comau robot programming and diagnostics
• Troubleshoot equipment using test equipment and schematics
• NEC Standards
• MIOSHA Standards
• Stamping Presses
• Ladder/relay logic
• 24 VDC PNP and NPN circuits
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience working in and/or servicing manufacturing environments as an Industrial Electrician
• Must have an understanding of PLC logic with the ability to read its functions and the ability to trouble shoot with it as well as an understanding of the operations of stamping presses and related equipment (conveyors, coil feeders, straighteners, etc.)
• Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
