The Growth That Awaits

As an Electrical Apprentice, you won't just stand around holding a flashlight-you'll get your hands dirty, learn the trade, and tackle real-world electrical work alongside skilled Journeyman Electricians. Your daily mission includes:

  • Assisting with troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in commercial settings
  • Running conduit, pulling wire, and replacing outlets, switches, and fixtures
  • Communicating with supervisors, team members, and customers
  • Learning and following electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures
  • Keeping tools, equipment, and job sites clean and organized

When & Where

This full-time Electrical Apprentice role works throughout North Texas (covering seven counties and hundreds of cities) and occasionally other areas of Texas and Oklahoma (if you're willing). Our electricians report to a central location before heading to their job site. Shifts typically run Monday - Friday, between 7 AM - 4/5 PM, though times may vary. Overtime is available, and you'll have the option of working 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, depending on your preference.

ARE YOU WIRED FOR SUCCESS?

We're Looking For An Electrical Apprentice With The Following

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic understanding of electric tools and materials
  • Physical ability to life 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trade school experience
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial electric work or construction
  • Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
