Brief Job Description:

• Electrical System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses. Design Management for all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projects

Design and execution of:

b. UPS Systems

c. DG Back up power systems,

d. HSD yard, Substations for campuses,

e. FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lighting

• Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
• Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works
• thorough knowledge of National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines
• Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
• Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization’s set standards
• Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses

Education & Experience: BE (Electrical), with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
