Location: Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark on Trent, Grantham, Southwell, Sleaford, Sutton upon Ashfield or surrounding

We’re working with one of the UK’s most respected names in HV infrastructure — delivering complex, high-profile projects that keep the country connected and powered. Now, they’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to step in and own the delivery of critical works on-site.

This isn’t your average site-based role — you’ll be a key player, steering project delivery on some of the most ambitious electrical infrastructure developments happening across the UK today.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee LV & HV electrical installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Manage / oversee wiring, switchgear assembly, earthing, cabling, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, including NRSWA and NJUG guidelines, while maintaining high safety standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, review contracts, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

The Person:

• Experience in a HV Supervisor or similar position
• Experience working around HV installs inc switchgear, transformers, generators, sub stations etc.
• Understanding of DNO G81
