Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25M
  • Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
  • Experience leading both large construction and data center projects
  • Completed 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendent
  • Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Job Requirements

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

  • Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams
  • Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication
  • Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
