Job Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Manage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25M
Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
Experience leading both large construction and data center projects
Completed 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendent
Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Job Requirements
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams
Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience
Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
Experience utilizing prefabrication
Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
