该职位来源于猎聘 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责： 1、 Responsible for electrical/electronic related application develop ; 负责电子电气相关的应用开发； 2、Provide technical support for new business development and new quotation project，communicate and interface with customer for actuator related; 为新业务开发和报价项目提供技术支持，为执行器相关与客户进行沟通和对接； 3、Need to run electrical related spec review and risk assessment for quotation project, do DFMEA for developing project; 需要对新报价项目的电子电气的技术规范进行研究和风险评估，对开发中产品的潜在失效模式进行识别、分析、对策，并形成文档； 4、Responsible for actuator spec create and review with supplier，release by drawings and document; 负责执行器相关规范的建立以及和供应商review，通过图纸或者文件发放； 5、Responsible for actuator drive and debug when applying on kenamatic structures; 负责在执行器应用在运动机构上的驱动和调试； 6、Create DV/PV plan, support on actuator test internal and external, responsible for test failure issue analysis, do lessons&learn; 建立DV/PV计划，支持内部及外部的执行器测试，负责对试验失效问题的分析，设计经验总结； 7、 Lead actuator low cost and new supplier study and actions, can lead in-house actuator develo-pment project; 带头执行器低成本和新供应商的研究和行动，能带头自制执行器的开发项目； 8、Support related design review during development and sourcing phase，support on key issue analysis on SOP project or aftermarket with CQE; 支持开发和定点阶段的技术review，在量产项目和售后市场上支持CQE进行关键问题的分析； 9、Positive propose on continue improvement according to facn process system; 依据曼提科流程体系积极提出持续改进方案； 10、Moreover the Employee need to do other work, according to instructions from supervi-sor/management. 如工作需要也需执行上级安排的其它任务。 REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求：

• Education background and working experience: 教育背景与工作经历：
• Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Computer or electrical engineering. 全日制本科或以上学历，计算机或电气专业。
• General Skill: 通用技能：
• About 5+ years working experience in E/E development in automotive industry, related project development on software or hardware. 大约5年的电子电气研发经验，相关项目的软件或者硬件开发。
• Excellent skills in electrical/electronic related software, familiar with actuator product application development. 熟练运用电子电气相关的软件，熟悉执行器类产品的应用开发。
• Can use Office software skilled, espically PowerPoint and Excel,good report capability. 熟练使用微软办公软件，包括PowerPoint，Excel等,良好的汇报能力。
• Skilled on muti-function team cooperation and Analyze and solve complex problems. 熟练于多个功能部门合作以及复杂问题的分析解决。
• Familiar with IATF16949 and quality standards. 熟悉IATF16946体系和质量标准。
• Good Engilsh in speaking and writing. 良好的英语口语和书写能力。
