Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects within the industrial wastewater treatment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion, specifically in the wastewater treatment industry or other heavy industrial projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and addressing any delays promptly.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement PLC controls and motor control systems.
- Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the industrial or wastewater treatment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of PLC controls, instrumentation, and motor controls.
- Proven experience in construction project management, including scheduling and budgeting.
