Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with a general contractor in Kingsburg, CA to help them hire an Electrical Project Manager for their self-performing electrical division. They specialize in federal government, public works, commercial, and industrial projects.

As an Electrical PM, you'll oversee projects to ensure they comply with federal and state code requirements, budget, and schedule. You'll lead communication between internal employees, clients, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen. You'll also assist in the estimating process and bid proposals, review and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals, invoices, and change orders.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $120k
• Company truck & gas card
• 2 weeks of PTO

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of electrical contracting with experience in project management/estimating
• Software experience in ConEst Intellibid, Microsoft Project, Visio, & CAD
• Knowledgable in National Electrical Codes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
