About the Role - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in high-voltage substations and transmission systems. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of substation and transmission line projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop project schedules and budgets and resource plans.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, material submittals, and construction methods.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate procurement efforts for major equipment (transformers, breakers, etc.).
• Resolve technical and logistical issues as they arise.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related filed (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing substation and transmission projects (69kV to 500kV preferred).
• Strong knowledge of substation design, protection and control, and foundation construction.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams in a utility or EPC environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera, P6, MS Project, etc.).
